Apple TV+ hit 'Ted Lasso' wins Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series

Apple TV+ took home eight Emmys on Monday night, including four earned by the popular sports comedy "Ted Lasso."

The critically acclaimed series took home the win for Outstanding Comedy Series as well as three additional awards.Jason Sudeikis took home the win for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy, while Brett Goldstein took home Outstanding Supporting Actor. In addition, MJ Delany won Outstanding Directing for a Comedy for the "Ted Lasso" episode "No Weddings and a Funeral."
