Samsung Galaxy M13 5G's specs surface, Dimensity 700 and 50MP camera in tow

Samsung unveiled the Exynos 850-powered Galaxy M13 4G last month, and it's rumored to follow up with a 5G version soon, which will have the Dimensity 700 SoC at the helm. The source claims that the Galaxy M13 5G will feature a 6.5" HD+ LCD with a pixel density of 269 ppi and pack a 5,000 mAh battery, expected to support 15W charging. The M13 5G will have two memory options - 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. It will support virtual RAM expansion through the RAM Plus feature and storage expansion up to 1TB via a microSD card.
